shake before use. Then hold spray nozzle at the gates of your gaping mouth and spritz one, two, or three times depending on your desired intensity! Because this plant is considered low risk for allergic reaction and generally safe, it is okay to use this spray as needed-multiple sprays a day if perfectly okay.
