How to use
Work about a dime sized amount into the scalp with finger tips after a shower in freshly washed hair, and then work desired amount through ends. You can do a more thorough treatment before a shower by working about a quarter sized amount into the scalp gently giving your head a little massage. Then rinse out in shower. You can do this as much as you like, but i recommend once a week for optimal hair and scalp health!
