Lady Lymph

Lady Lymph is an herbal formula designed to help the lymphatic system during times of stagnancy. This blend contains Lemon Balm, Nettles, Purple Dead Nettles, Dandelion root, Red Clover, & Cleavers. As these herbs are alteratives & lymphagogues, promoting lymph production & flow, someone who may benefit from this tincture would likely start to see movement and change within a few days to a week after using this tincture daily. I think it would be best used “as needed” not necessarily on a regular basis. These plants will work to eliminate dead cells & free radicals from the body, and in turn will help keep our immune system working properly. Sometimes we all need a little cleanse, and employing the agency of these master plants would be a great way to get that support you need.
