This oxymel can be taken at the onset of a cold, preferably within the first 24-48 hrs after exposure, at a higher dosage for the first two days to shorten duration of cold by 2 or more days, or take preventatively. 1-5 ml a few times a day when you’re sick generally,
take intuitively.

How to use
Adjust dosage as you need. Im a medium dosage kind of herbalist so i usually range each dose at 1-2 ml, several times a day. At the onset of a cold i would up it to 3-4 ml several times a day until cleared up.
